When you schedule a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization name, your role or title, the reason for your request, your time zone, your organization's size, your preferred date and time, your organization's current system or tool stack, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment, if it applies to your engagement, is arranged directly with your organization based on the workshop's scope.
2.Why we collect it
Schedule a session data is used only to respond to your request and prepare for and deliver the workshop. Get updates data is used to send you updates about Post AI Nation. We keep these purposes separate. If you request a session but haven't opted into updates, we won't add you to our update list.
3.Your consent
"I agree to be contacted by email about this request" means you're allowing us to email you about your specific request. This is necessary for us to respond to you.
"I agree to receive emails from Post AI Nation" is a separate, optional consent for periodic updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
4.Where your data is stored
We keep your information with us. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers, for example an email or scheduling tool, to run this website and communicate with you. Those providers only process data on our behalf and for no other purpose.
5.How long we keep it
We keep schedule a session data for as long as it takes to deliver the workshop you requested, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. We keep get updates data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6.Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to us at postaination01@gmail.com to make this request.
7.Photos, video, and recordings
Remote sessions are not recorded by default. If a session will be recorded, we will tell attendees in advance.
In-person sessions typically include photos and video. We'll let your organization know before the event. If an attendee doesn't want to be photographed or filmed, they can let us know ahead of time and we'll accommodate that.
8.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the most recent revision.
