1.About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Post AI Nation website and any schedule a session or get updates request you submit. Submitting either form means you agree to these terms.
2.Our services
Post AI Nation delivers AI workshops to organizations, remotely or in person depending on what's agreed, and tailors the content to the work each team actually does.
3.Requesting a session
A schedule a session submission is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. We'll confirm scope, format, duration, and payment together with your organization, either in writing or by invoice, before anything is finalized. This website does not require or process upfront payment. Some engagements are billed per participant; others are arranged based on what the organization needs.
4.Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the agreement for each engagement. Where no such agreement exists yet, either side can cancel or reschedule a proposed session with reasonable notice.
5.Workshop content and intellectual property
Workshop materials, slides, and content remain the property of Momentum Shift Tech Consulting unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Organizations that attend can keep and use materials internally. Redistributing them outside the organization, or reselling them, requires our written permission.
6.Photos, video, and recordings
In-person sessions typically include photos and video, and we may use these unless an attendee tells us in advance they'd prefer not to be filmed. Remote sessions are only recorded with advance notice to attendees. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
7.Not professional or regulatory advice
Workshop content is educational. It's not legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice, and attendees, especially those at regulated institutions, shouldn't treat it as a substitute for advice from their own compliance professionals.
8.Communications
Submitting a form on this site means you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Momentum Shift Tech Consulting's liability from your use of this website or attendance at a workshop is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement, if any were paid.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Momentum Shift Tech Consulting is registered.
11.Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
